Laughter

Bob has always talked in his sleep, and I mean full conversations.  I spent many nights on the couch to get away from him so I could sleep.
He still talks in his sleep but the conversations make no sense. I am sure they must to him but it makes me wonder > Does he dream in Alzheimer's? Or does  his mind work like it did before his memories started slipping away.
Last night he was laughing. A very happy and hearty laugh. I layed there next to him smiling at the familiar sound that I used to hear everyday. Its nice to know that something in his dreams can still  make him "Laugh Out Loud" .
