Shoe Blues

Every evening Bob gets his sweats on to relax for the evening. Here lately he has been putting his shoes back on once the sweats are on. Which is not a big deal-- But now he wants to wear the shoes to bed- Every night I have to force him to take his shoes off, and of course this makes him angry-- Sorry-- NOT wearing shoes in the bed.  Finally dawned on me-- he has a reason-- he has been hiding his pocket money in his shoe- Still-- Sorry-- NOT wearing shoes in the bed--
 OY-- I hate night battles almost as much as I hate this disease.
