Notes to Self

Bob started scribbling things in a notebook not long after we were given the "dementia" diagnosis. There were lots of "notes to self" in the notebooks. Reminders of who I was, what my name was. His name, sisters, brothers, etc. Address's, where he had "hidden" certain items etc.. I guess things he was afraid he would forget that were important to him.
There are also several dozen notes that he scribbled out when he would have a panic attack. about his thouhgts on "Alzheimer's".  As time has marched on the spelling is gone, and the ability to actually write on some days, or even read basic words has left him.
Bob spent almost an hour and a half working on  this "Note to self"..  He was trying to remind himself to buy a fishing license.
